WF Funnel Registry — every funnel we run, all clients
Single source of truth for Whole Founder's funnels across all clients (NR, SSI, FSN, HB, EW, LE). WF-built funnels are separated from the clients' own funnels, with live status verified by probing each production URL. Filter by owner, client, and status. Generated from wf-os/registry/funnels.json (edit the source, re-run the generator, and this page + the Google Doc + the xlsx matrix all update together). Internal review.

WF Funnel Registry v2 — health scores + docs (design preview)
Design preview of the v2 funnel-operations cockpit: each card gains a health score and a links row (live page, dashboard, GTM doc, scorecard, tracker, Drive), and clicking a card opens a detail drawer with the benchmark ladder. Real funnel structure; health scores and ladders are ILLUSTRATIVE placeholders (clearly banner-labelled) to show the interaction before the live data pipe (Phase 2) is connected. Spec: wf-os/registry/funnel-registry-v2-design.md. For UX review.

SSI Readiness Score Quiz: three design directions (v1)
Three skins over one interaction model for the live readiness quiz at apply.selfstorageincome.com/ind-quiz-readiness, answering Gray's 22 Sept note: move contact collection to the end, and make the thing worth wanting to take. Ordered light to dark so the choice reads as a single spectrum rather than three unrelated ideas: Framed Card (light page, navy header band as app chrome), Blue Stage (full-bleed SSI navy carrying the warm-page grid and glow, white card floating on it), Deep Navy (the card itself is dark, glass option tiles, cyan selection glow). Every phone is a real, clickable 375px flow, not a picture of one: pick an answer and it advances. Four rows, one per screen that carries a decision: intro, the hardest question in the set (Q9, six long options, which sets the height budget every direction has to live inside), the new contact-confirm step, and completion. Shared by all three: contact moved past the progress rail and prefilled from the link parameters the app already accepts, intro copy rewritten to sell the taker rather than SSI, one question per screen untouched, and every animation behind prefers-reduced-motion. Question content is read from the locked v2.1 set in build-readiness-v2-doc.js and hashed, so the page proves at runtime that nothing drifted. A second half repeats all twelve frames flat and JS-free for markup.io, whose coordinate-anchored comments do not survive interactive state. Self-checked clean at 375, 768 and 1440 (load with #selfcheck). Two live defects are flagged on the page and deliberately not fixed here: submissions currently go nowhere because VITE_READINESS_WEBHOOK_URL is unset on the quiz's Vercel project, and two internal-only controls render on the public page. Copy is a working draft pending Natalya. For Gray to pick a direction.

SSI Warm Asset-Delivery Page: Branded Build (F2, approved copy)
The visual build of the warm-traffic page, one rung up from the wireframe below it: approved structure plus Natalya's approved copy, wrapped in SSI's brand system (Poppins/Inter, navy and orange, the shipped component set). Sections: video hero with no CTA by design (scroll cue only), proof strip, the bridge from asset to system, the five-step mechanism with a worked deal, a soft mid-page ask, the six-member proof wall, About AJ, the book-or-watch-next fork, FAQ, and the four-block legal footer. The proof wall is the headline change: the six member photos are now real rectangular photographs cut from the source originals at a focal point tuned per photo, replacing the circular avatar cutouts that were being stretched into a landscape frame. Nothing in the copy has been silently corrected. Eight open clearance flags are marked inline and listed in the Internal Review panel (bottom right), including the $8.8M against $7M contradiction and the uncleared proof-strip trio. Three slots Natalya left unwritten carry clearly labelled drafts. Verified clean at 375 and 1440. For internal review before anything client-facing.

SSI Warm Asset-Delivery Page: Wireframe v1 (F1, copyless + annotated)
The next-level wireframe for SSI's warm-traffic email funnel, and the first page built to the new WF wireframe standard: no copy, no brand, just labelled slots. Every content box carries its slot type, a word budget, and the one job it has to do, and every section carries a spec rail (layout, fold budget, media, element counts, reference). That means the wireframe doubles as the copy brief, with the full slot table at the bottom of the page. Opens in Full preview: the page itself, at real type size and real page spacing, scrolling without interruption. No section labels, no rails, no annotation. One switch layers on the Specs view (layout rails, word budgets, the job each box has to do), globally or one section at a time. The section summary sits at the bottom, with a jump link at the top. Structure reconciles four sources (the Miro map, the client-agnostic standard, Natalya's AI pass, and the live build); the four places they genuinely disagreed are now settled, with each decision and its reasoning recorded on the section it affects. Self-checked clean at 375 and 1440. For Gray's structure sign-off and Natalya's copy pass; funnel suggestions go to #wf-funnel-cro via the button at the bottom.

SSI New AJ VSL (cold): Wireframe v1 (F1, copyless + annotated)
The next-level wireframe for SSI's cold AJ VSL funnel, built to the WF wireframe standard: no finished copy, no brand, just labelled slots, each carrying a slot type, a word budget, and the one job it has to do, plus a spec rail per section. Nine sections: hero (no CTA, play cue only), the AJ V3 VSL, a verified proof strip, the Operator's Stack in two columns, three Wistia member video testimonials (name, a transformation headline, and how SSI helped), a who-it-is-for fit block, the embedded multi-step application form (modelled on the live Britt VSL), a booking FAQ after the ask, and the standard SSI legal footer. Three views: Full preview (the page itself), Specs (budgets and jobs), Persuasion (why each section is there and why it runs as long as it does). Self-checked clean at 375, 768 and 1440. One open flag: the new AJ V3 cold-cut video id. For team review; funnel suggestions go to #wf-funnel-cro via the button at the bottom.

SSI Email Funnel: Facility Valuation Training (Warm Traffic)
First build of the warm-traffic email funnel template (per Gray's Play Your Court idea). A bottom-of-funnel page for SSI's email list: an existing AJ Osborne YouTube training ("How to Value a Self Storage Facility") embedded in the hero, wrapped in the SSI design system, that re-introduces the mechanism and sells a strategy call. Sections: hero (mobile CTA above video, desktop below) plus proof strip, the SSI system, a verified member proof wall, a soft timing-based fit block, About AJ, an objection FAQ, and a book-a-call close. CTA is a placeholder pending the real GHL booking link; proof figures reuse AJ's verified proof wall. For internal review.

EcomWarts — One Store Away registration, rebuilt as a turnstile
Their existing first fold, their brand and their copy verbatim, restructured into the single-screen format used by Ecom Degree (Will Rivera) — the competitor teardown page. One screen, one decision, zero nav, form behind the button. Fits without scrolling at 375px and at 1440px. Toggle “Show CRO notes” for the slot-by-slot rationale, including the one slot left deliberately empty: the live-only attendance bonus, which does not exist yet and is the cheapest show-rate lever available. Design tokens were sampled from the live page, not invented. For Gray + Natalya.

NetRevenue Funnel Steps — three redesign options
Three ways to rebuild the ad-reporting "Funnel steps" page, each on the real Aug 14–24 numbers and each readable without scrolling. A: The Leak Report (compact funnel + leaks ranked worst-first). B: True Funnel (bands proportional to real traffic share, so the 85% first-step cliff is visible rather than stated). C: Unit Economics Ladder (the funnel priced — $10 a view becomes $336 a qualified application). Also flags that "booked call" is in the page title but NULL in the data. For Gray's review.

NetRevenue Lead Magnet — Client Teardown (New Variant)
New variant of the NR lead-magnet opt-in, per the Lewis Mudrich call: one-fold, Hormozi-style, built around a client-teardown case-study video. Centered hero with a swappable video thumbnail (the A/B variable) + inline opt-in, a compact proof strip, and Ambro (face) + Scott (in the teardown). Sibling to the 8-Figure guide page. Thumbnail/proof figures/form wiring are flagged placeholders. For markup.io review.
-
NetRevenue Lead Magnet — Client Teardown Case Study (Delivery)
Thank-you / delivery page for the client-teardown opt-in above. Confirms the opt-in and delivers the lead magnet: Scott's full rebuild video embedded live via VTurb, front and center, followed by one soft CTA to book a call (→ apply.netrevenue.io/dto-vsl/). Minimal by design — no proof strip, no Ambro pitch video (deferred). Placeholder disclaimer flagged. For markup.io review.
-
NetRevenue Lead Magnet — The 8-Figure Sales Engine
Reusable lead-magnet (opt-in) page template for NetRevenue. FSN funnel structure re-skinned to the NR design system from /dto-vsl/thank-you (dark hero + light body, orange primary, Poppins/Inter). Guide topic: "The 8-Figure Sales Engine." Headline/banner, proof numbers, guide cover, and Ambro's photo are placeholders; form is static. For markup.io review.
-
NetRevenue DTO-VSL Thank-You Page
Static review build of the /dto-vsl/thank-you appointment-confirmation page. 1:1 adaptation of the Closers.io thank-you structure, re-skinned to NetRevenue (dark hero + light body, Poppins/Inter, orange accent). Videos, logo, Trustpilot, and testimonial avatars are placeholders. For markup.io review.
-

Whole Founder — Who We've Run Marketing For (proof / roster)
Authority-first "who we've run marketing for" closer on the live WF brand. Real founder headshots + company logos, no invented quotes. Internal review (Gray + Natalya).
